Moving overseas can be both exciting and stressful for children and adults alike. There is so much to organise as well as deciding what to take and what to leave behind. The PSS team are used to making the process as relaxed and stress-free as possible.

Recently we were asked to help a family move to New Zealand with BBC CBeebies. They were being featured on a TV programme about relocating to start a new life in Auckland.

Here is a video clip showing the PSS removals team in action. They arrived as scheduled on packing day and sprang into action – helped by the two boys!

They watch fascinated as ornaments disappear from shelves and pictures removed from walls, all wrapped and packed in no time.

You can see on the video that our experienced packers had fun with the boys too – packing them up in boxes to send them on their way with the rest of the furniture!

Fortunately, the end of the video shows them helping to load the shipping container and waving goodbye to all their toys – the next time they’ll see it is at their new home in Auckland.

Update: The move all went to plan

We’re happy to report that the family and all their belongings arrived safely. They have now happily settled in and are enjoying their new life in New Zealand.
