Following the announcement from the Prime Minister on 23rd March 2020 and on the advice of BAR (British Association of Removers), we need to make some temporary changes to the way we operate to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
For at least the next 3 weeks, until the 14th April, we will need to postpone most removals unless they are regarded as essential.
- Removals that are already started and are in process will be continued and completed.
- Removals or transportation that involve diplomatic, NHS or medical personnel or medical equipment will continue.
- We may be able to operate a limited box / bag shipping service for expats urgently leaving the UK. Please contact our team for more details.
- Ongoing import deliveries into the UK will also be completed where possible.
Our Move Managers will be contacting customers over the next few days to postpone their moves and explain the arrangements we are making to complete their removal as soon as we possibly can.
