PSS International Removals are taking all necessary precautions to be able to continue operations with a minimum of disruption

We understand that many of our customers have concerns over the current coronavirus situation and how it will affect their international removal and shipping.

We are pleased to confirm that currently the coronavirus has had little impact on our business, and operations are continuing as usual.

Our overriding aim is to ensure the safety of our staff and customers whilst maintaining our usual high standard of service.  As part of that aim, we realise how important it is to keep both staff and customers updated, and we have therefore written this post to let you know the steps we are taking to ensure your overseas removal continues with as little disruption as possible.

Current steps we are taking to minimise the risk and spread of coronavirus

We are making sure that all our staff are kept up to date with the latest advice from the Government and the NHS on the recommended measures and hygiene protocol to minimise the risk of coronavirus.

Our surveyors and our crews have all been provided with hand sanitisers to keep in their vehicles, and they will use these both before and after visiting clients, to make sure that they limit the risk of contracting or passing on the virus.

At our offices and depots, we have installed hand-sanitiser stations which are for use by anyone who is working at or visiting our premises – whether that is staff, drivers or customers.

We have also increased our cleaning and hygiene procedures by ensuring that our Offices, warehouses and vehicles are now being cleaned three times a day.

By taking these measures now, and by making sure that we keep all our staff and customers up to date with the latest advice, we hope to minimise the impact of coronavirus on your removal.

However, please be assured that we are constantly monitoring the situation and are already putting in place measures to ensure that we can continue to operate should the current situation change in the future.
